A nickname, then a bakery.
Long before it was a bakery it was what everyone called her — Swee- T. The recipes came the same way: handed over, argued about, written on the back of something else.
There is no storefront. Every order is baked the morning it ships, packed by hand, and out the door before noon — which is the only way we know to send something across the country and have it arrive worth eating.
